How does the annual subscription work?
As an annual subscriber, you get unlimited access to the entire Prepress & Graphics Library of courses, including all that are added during your subscription. You will be contacted prior to your annual renewal date for your renewal instructions.
Annual subscriptions with multiple users also get free access to the administrative features of our Learning Management System.
How does the monthly subscription work?
As a monthly subscriber, you get unlimited access to the entire Prepress & Graphics Library of courses, including all that are added during your subscription. As an ongoing monthly subscriber, your credit card is charged each month on the monthly anniversary of the date you originally signed up.
You can cancel anytime to discontinue your monthly subscription and stop the monthly billing. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your current month's paid subscription fee.
Monthly subscriptions do not include the company administrative functions of the Learning Management System.
Can I convert my monthly subscription to an annual subscription?
Yes, and we will apply any monthly payments you have paid toward the annual subscription cost.
Do I have to own the software to take the training?
No, all training takes place in a web-based software simulator. The only plug-in you must have installed on your computer to take the training is the Flash Player.

Can I take the training from home?
Yes, your training account is available 24/7 from any internet enabled computer with Flash.
What will I learn?
Courses include industry specific tools, tips, tricks and shortcuts from certified experts, minimizing the negative impact of new software or upgrades on your production process.
Is it just a bunch of movies to watch?
No, our training is highly interactive. A narrator guides you step-by-step on the specific process being taught. However, you must perform the task in our software simulator.
Is there a CD or DVD?
No, all of our training takes place online. You never have to worry about losing or misplacing your training resource, as it is always available at the click of your mouse.
What are the tests for?
A. Pre-tests allow you to test-out of content so we don't waste your time showing you something you already know.
B. Post-tests quantify your learning experience and provide management with important personnel data.
C. Tests can be delivered without the training for hiring situations.
Can I take the training more than once?
Yes, you get unlimited access to the training throughout your subscription. You can review when needed as a memory jogger.
Can I come and go as needed?
Yes, our training is modular in format and designed for use in a production environment. You can bookmark and return at any time during your subscription. Training modules are generally less than 5 minutes in length.
What if I'm a beginner?
We do recommend you have some working knowledge of the software and its tools. However, we do offer courses that provide for some basic knowledge of applications.
What does the Learning Management System do?
Our fully hosted Learning Management System allows you to decide what courses employees will take and to see how they are doing. You can:

What if I have several people to train?
Volume discounts are available for those with 5 or more users. Contact sales@prepresstraining.com to request pricing for your company.
Can I add more users at a later date?
Yes, simply contact us at sales@prepresstraining.com.
Does each person have to have a training account?
Yes, because each person has a custom curriculum of training based on their skill gaps.
What if an employee quits?
You can deactivate that person, and enter their replacement. The new person starts with a clean training account for the remainder of the subscription.
Do you offer educational discounts?
Yes, students and educators receive 50% off. Contact sales@prepresstraining.com to see if you qualify.
Do you offer affiliate discounts?
Yes, members of several associations receive special pricing. Contact sales@prepresstraining.com to see if you qualify.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept written purchase orders from companies needing to pay by check. Standard terms are net-30.

Can I get software support?
No, we do not provide support for software applications. However, our in-house experts will try and help you or refer you to the proper resource.
Can The Prepress Training Solution create training just for my company, workflow, or clients?
The Prepress Training Solution can and will create custom training for your company, workflow, or even your clients. We'll work with you to write, produce, and host your training at a very reasonable cost. In addition, our parent company, Brain Cable, specializes in the production and hosting of process trianing for many different business fields, from factory instruction, hand-held device training, and on-the-job training.
